Interview lasted for about half an hour. The interview officer said she didn't find anything problematic in our case but it will take a few days to a month to process it. (Update) I checked my online case status 5 times today and around 10 it finally turned "your card is being produced"! Good luck to everyone! 2019-11-24
Loveislove Islove & Love K1 Milwaukee WI 2019-07-03 2019-07-26 2019-10-15 2019-10-16 Yes 2019-10-23 I didn't enter a filing date because they lost our papers. We had proof by the post office they were delivered in May but after calling, being told to wait, then calling back and opening a case - they finally found them and actually began from June 3rd, 2019 2019-12-28

James and Vanessa Vanessa & James K1 Milwaukee WI 2019-04-29 2019-05-03 2019-05-30 2019-09-25 2019-09-26 Yes No 2019-10-03 It has been a bizarre overall process to have the I-129F take 16 months to have the interview, the EAD and AP are still not approved, and the AOS is now past the interview and is approved in less than 5 months. So things seemed to have somewhat balanced out from a timing standpoint. Just be prepared for the AOS with tons of good evidence as that is the main key. And be honest always during the interview. 2023-03-06
